Yesterday (8 November 2004) they had Dr Kim Howells, Minister for Higher Education, in the hot seat answering questions on the rise and fall of UK eUniversities Worldwide. Parliamentlive.tv only provides us with an audio feed this time but for followers of this case study this will suffice until the transcript is published.
